Start with the crew using the facilities.
Give us the number of workers on each shift, the expected project length and any permanent bathrooms they can use. On a phased Elk Grove job, the crew count can change as trades arrive. Let us know before the added demand begins so we can review units and service visits.
California construction toilet requirements
Cal/OSHA’s Title 8, section 1526, requires one separate toilet facility per 20 employees or fraction thereof of each sex. Qualifying all-gender single-user units can count toward that requirement under the conditions in the rule. For fewer than five employees, one all-gender single-user facility is sufficient. Mobile crews with ready transportation to nearby facilities have a stated exception.

Keep facilities clean, working and supplied with toilet paper. These examples address the rule’s minimum count; layout, shifts and cleaning needs can call for additional equipment.
Add washing to the same plan.
California section 1527 sets a separate washing requirement of one station per 20 employees or fraction thereof. Review the washing-station guidance for placement and supplies. A toilet quantity by itself is not a complete sanitation plan.
Keep the service route on the work drawing.
At an East Franklin home build or a commercial improvement along E Stockton Boulevard, mark a stable spot clear of excavation, lifts and material drops. Describe overhead wires, gates and delivery restrictions. If the work moves to another part of the property, call before relocating equipment.
Restrooms for work above ground level
For a multi-story project, ask about the Satellite Highrise unit and its optional model-specific lifting kit. This is a separate equipment choice from placing a standard ground-level toilet beside the jobsite.
Give us the floor locations, doorway and elevator clearances, available lifting arrangements and how the unit will be reached for servicing. Coordinate the selected equipment and manufacturer instructions with the site supervisor before scheduling delivery.

Confirm billing and the way the rental ends.
Ask for the rental interval, included visits, delivery and removal charges in writing. A four-week period is different from a calendar month. If the project is open-ended, contact us when the unit is ready for pickup and confirm the billing end date. A crew leaving the site does not automatically arrange collection.
