What determines your rental price?
The quote depends on the equipment, number of units, rental length, delivery location and service needs. A single toilet for a weekend and a trailer for an extended building closure have different transport, setup and cleaning requirements.

Weekend and short-term pricing
Give us the event date plus the earliest permitted delivery and required collection times. A Saturday gathering may involve equipment on site before or after the event day. Tell us if a venue requires a strict removal deadline so the quote can account for the actual schedule.
Long-term rental billing
Ask which billing period applies and how extensions work. A 28-day cycle and a calendar month are different. Confirm whether routine cleaning is included, how extra visits are priced and what happens if the project finishes early.
Compare like-for-like equipment
A flushing toilet, an interior sink and a separate handwashing station are different features. Ask for the exact configuration instead of assuming every “deluxe” unit includes the same facilities. For a trailer, review power, water and accessible provision alongside the quoted price.
