What a service plan should cover
Discuss waste pumping, interior cleaning, tank treatment and restocking when booking. Confirm which supplies and visits are included for the quoted equipment. Separate sinks, trailers and holding tanks have their own water and waste arrangements.
Choose the interval around actual use
A small crew and a busy public gathering place different demands on a restroom. Give us the busiest user count, hours of operation and rental length. For multi-day events, discuss cleaning between sessions. Contact the office if use increases, supplies run low or the unit needs attention before the scheduled visit.
Keep the service approach clear
Share access hours, gate instructions and the on-site contact. Tell us about obstacles between the service vehicle and unit. If construction fencing, parking or deliveries change that route, call before the next visit so the team can review access.
Report a problem with useful details
Call with the rental location, unit position and a description of the issue. Tell us if the equipment is inaccessible, damaged, leaking or cannot be used. Keep people away from a damaged unit while the team gives you the next steps. Service timing is arranged through the office.
When the project ends
Request collection and confirm the pickup arrangement. An empty jobsite or a finished event does not by itself tell the team that the rental can be collected. Leave access available until pickup is complete.
