Start with peak attendance and the bathrooms that guests can actually use. A private party may have house facilities available; a festival can have separate public, vendor and staff areas. Include setup crews and cleanup time when explaining the hours.

A delivery route can disappear when tents, barriers and vendor vehicles are placed. Keep an approved service entrance clear for multi-day pumping and replenishment. For an evening gathering, light the restroom route and make signs visible without blocking the accessible path.
