Measure the whole route, not just the gate
Check the clear opening, turns, overhead obstructions and any steps between the street and the planned placement. Share photos if the approach is difficult to describe. A unit may fit through an entrance but still need more space to turn or open its door.
Private property, shared grounds or a public event?

Choose equipment for the people using it
For a crew, share the working schedule and headcount. For guests, include duration, existing bathrooms and accessible needs. A standard toilet with a separate sink is different from a flushing unit with an interior sink; ask for the exact configuration in your quote.
