Guests may stay for several hours after the ceremony. Catering staff and setup crews can also need facilities before the guest arrival time. Ask the venue which permanent restrooms are included and how long they remain open, then tell us who will rely on the rental.
A trailer or a compact flushing unit?
A trailer brings sinks, mirrors and separate restroom stations into an enclosed space, with climate-controlled configurations available. Deluxe portable toilets fit a smaller placement area. For a private Elk Grove garden reception, comparing both can make the comfort-versus-space decision clearer.
Ask to see the model’s interior and exterior before booking. A photograph helps explain the experience, while the written specifications establish the footprint and utility requirements. The equipment quote should identify the configuration you selected.
Coordinate with the venue before other deliveries.
- Identify an approved towing route and a firm, level placement.
- Include the hitch, steps, doors and guest approach in the reserved space.
- Confirm water and electrical connections for the booked trailer.
- Plan accessible facilities and lighting along the same guest route.
- Keep the collection entrance available after decorations are removed.
