Compare the trailer with the way guests will use it.
A wedding reception, a staff event and a building-restroom outage have different peak periods. Tell us the number of people, event length and whether everyone will take a break together. Station count alone does not determine the right setup.
For an Elk Grove reception, have the venue contact review the delivery approach before choosing the guest-facing position. Account for turning, the hitch, entry steps and the walking route. An empty parking bay is not always enough space to tow and place the trailer.

Work out power and water before reserving.
Provide the available electrical supply, water connection and distances from each connection to the placement. We match the utility arrangement to the booked model. Onboard tanks or temporary water equipment may support sites without a nearby hookup; explain the site conditions before confirming.
Include access, lighting and collection.
Standard steps are not a wheelchair-accessible entry. Discuss an accessible trailer or a separate ground-level ADA unit. Light the route for an evening reception and keep cables out of pedestrian traffic. Save the towing approach for pickup after catering vehicles and decorations are removed.
